Shipping PolicyMost orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Generally you can expect delivery in 2 to 5 working days. For additional assistance, you can call us or send us an email. Depending on the shipping method you choose, you may be able to track the shipping status of your order using the “Track Your Order” feature located on our home page.
How to Change Your Order
Prestige Records processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to info@prestigerecord.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it.
Return Policy
Our focus at Prestige Records is to make each shopping experience pleasant and trouble free. We do our very best to accurately describe items. However, the nature of vintage collectibles is such that we recognize there may be a time when it will be necessary to return an item purchased from us. Our return policy covers items damaged-in-transit and merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations. Should you find it necessary to return an item, please use the shipping method described in our “Return Policy”. We would appreciate a call or email from you before returning an item, to insure a timely credit or refund. Our email address is info@prestigerecord.com.
Returning Damaged Items
We take great care to package your purchase so it arrives safely. We inspect each item prior to shipment. However, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipment and need to return the item, we offer two methods of return.
Contact us and we will arrange for United Parcel Service to pick-up the Item. You will need to re-package the item suitable for UPS handling and delivery. We suggest using the original packaging, if possible. Return shipping charges are paid by Prestige Records. It will not be necessary for you to pay shipping charges at the time of pick-up.
You may also send the package to us via United Kingdom Postal Service. In this case, re-package the item suitable for shipping (in its original packaging, if possible) and send it back to us via the U.K. mail method of your choice. Prestige Records will be responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement item, if available. If a replacement is not available, you may choose a store credit or a refund.
Returning Undamaged Items
Our Web Site provides our customers with a detailed description and the most accurate visual representation possible of each item in our inventory. In the event you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, the item may be returned. In this case, the following return policy applies:
1. The item must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
2. The item must be returned to us in its original condition.
You may return the package to us via United Kingdom Postal Service. If possible, please re-package the item in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, Prestige Records will pay shipping on any replacement item. This is limited to one replacement per original transaction.
Overseas Shipping
All UK items are sent by standard First Class mail. All overseas orders are sent by standard first class airmail. Unfortunately there is no tracking information available on airmail items. If speed of delivery or tracking are important to you, it may be worth selecting the 'Courier' option on the 'Review Your Order Details' page when placing your order (please see below for more about courier shipping). Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.
